So far;

Technically it is my second day with no beer, only healthy food (except cheez its; I get bored at work, okay?), drinking only water, and walking 2 miles everyday. I’ve done this before my Sophomore year of college, but then it stopped around the middle of that Summer. I always felt amazing doing it. But now that I’m starting to get into the groove of it again I am so happy! I know it’s only the second day, but I remember last time I did it and how it felt to get into a schedule with it.

So Sunday I bought:

  • Strawberries (fresh and frozen), pineapple (fresh and frozen), cantaloupe, mango (frozen)
  • Asparagus, carrots, brussels sprouts (I don’t get the hate for these bad boys, they’re good shit), spinach, black olives, frozen broccoli
  • Salmon, shrimp, and chicken
  • Orange juice (for smoothies; I know it isn’t the best option for smoothies but I like the taste better with it)
  • Lara Bars (peanut butter and chocolate chip YUMMMM!)

So here is what I had yesterday:

  • Breakfast: Lara Bar
  • Snack: Fruit – strawberries, pineapple and cantaloupe
  • Lunch: Spinach salad with black olive and a bunch of carrots with ranch
  • Snack: The same fruit and 2 snack sized cheez-its from the vending machine at work. I need to bring more healthy snacks lol
  • Dinner: Salmon with asparagus
  • Plus a gallon of water – No other drinks!
  • And 2 miles worth of walking

Here is what I’ve had today so far:

  • Breakfast: Lara Bar
  • Snack: Nothing, I come to work at 8 and it’s busiest for me until I go to lunch at 11
  • Lunch: Salmon with asparagus and carrots
  • Snack: Strawberries, pineapple and cantaloupe
  • Dinner: I’m thinking of chicken wraps. Wheat wrap with cooked chicken, black olives, spinach and cheese.
  • And I’m still drinking only water today.
  • I’m walking with a friend today somewhere I never go to so I’m not sure if it will be 2 miles. Afterwards I might just take my dog home and go walking by myself.

So yeah, there’s the update on that! I don’t know if I want to do a before picture yet lol. I might, gotta think about it!
